Collaboration
We don’t believe that all the best eggs can sit in one basket. It’s contrary to entrepreneurship. Collaboration is the most critical component of 21st Century problem solving, from open source software, to global warming solutions, to communication ideas. The more diverse and experienced the inputs, the faster and better the solution. That’s why we don’t have all the best thinkers in our office. We wish we could, but we don’t and won’t. So we’ve opted for the next best thing - a core of specialists with vibrant links to an array of independent specialists. The result is a network of the best bred independently minded collaborators intent on avoiding the comfort zone, because their reputations depend on it. So does ours.
