Recovering Workaholics – working hard to target the hard workers
Recovering Workaholics is a life coaching company who help people and businesses redress the work-life balance. They wanted an advertising campaign that would encourage stressed executives to consider life beyond work.
Many people recognise that they spend too much time at work, but don't know how they can change this. They feel others don't understand the pressures they are under. We found that the best way to engage this audience was to put ourselves in their shoes – 'we understand, we've been there'.
The creative aimed to spark recognition and to encourage reflection. Early feedback from Recovering Workaholics suggests that more people are taking time out to do just that.
