David Bernstein
Executive Creative Director
David originally dreamed of joining the circus. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t have him. So he turned his attentions to the only other industry whose members regularly jump through hoops: Advertising.
Today, David is the Executive Creative Director of The Gate Worldwide/New York. In addition to running the office’s creative department, he sits on both the U.S. and International Board of Directors.
Over the years, his ads for BMW, UPS, BellSouth and the New York Mets made regular appearances at the One Show, Clio and Art Directors Club Awards. One of his Hallmark commercials is also in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art.
David lives in Westchester, NY, with his wife, Peggy, and their two children, Zack and Kyra. Neither of whom have any interest in running away and joining the circus. Yet.
